You are on the first release of CP2017, please update to 10.0.1.299.

It is a non-responsive project, and you tried F11, Preview HTML5 in output. Am I correct to say that you use recorded software simulation slides?  If yes, do you have FMR-slides (Full Motion Recording), which you can recognize from the camera icon in the filmstrip?

Thanks I have updated my CP2017. You are correct I did record software simulation slides but not all slides have a camera icon

I know some developers had problems with the FMR slides, which are originally SWF fies. When published the SWF will be converted to MP4, but that is not always functioning perfectly. You could try by hiding them to see if that is the case for you as well?

Sorry, but need some answers. Are you using the most recent, authorized version of CP2017, which is 10.0.1.299?

Is the project a non-responsive project? I see in the tags that you want to publish to SWF? Is that indeed the case (EOL of Flash player in any browser is getting there very soon)?

You talk about ‘Preview in Browser’, which leads me to suspect that you use a nor-responsive project. This means that you are viewing a temporary SWF file, which means your browser needs to have the Flash Player plugin enabled. Is that the case?
