Rotate Effect Not Working After Publishing

Hi everyone,

I have a rotation effect on an image in Captivate. If I “publish to computer” in HTML5, it works perfect. But, unfortunately, I’m required to deliver the project in SWF. And when I “publish to computer” in SWF it runs, but the image is static instead of rotating.

Anyone know why or have a solution?

Windows 10 and Captivate 2019.

Thanks!

Are you on the most recent version which is 11.0.1.266?

Do you have the same result with Preview in Browser (SWF based) and Preview HTML5 in Browser (HTML5)? The difference between SWF output and HTML5 output has been increasing gradually, and of course, the focus of the engineers is now only on HTML5 output. I have been publishing using rotation effects  to SWF, but only in older versions, never in CP2017 nor CP2019.
