For some time we’ve been working with tech Support and our contractor Clarix to resolve why we can’t see the same level of data reported for either a MP4 uploaded recording or a Captivate project as other recorded classrooms in our Adobe Connect account?

Followed the instructions for the new 2019 Update 2 but still it only gives a total of views but no data for any questions asked (in Captivate) or access user names and times in and out of a recording.
If I figure this out I’ll post here and yes we did file a Bug report.
With almost 60% of our clients now looking for a mobile access option this is becoming more important each day.
