Hi – When I play a video I recorded, the video and audio are slightly out of synch. Suggestions on how to fix this?
This was a zoom video conference call that I recorded of me and one other person talking, for my podcast.

Yes, here are more details. I tried to record directly from captivate. I tried to record both my screen and also the webcam showing me.

They were never a file because I was not able to record at all after I clicked on camera selection, Lumix Panasonic. I WAS able to video record using my bad quality webcam. Sound came through too.

No, I did not insert a captivate file. Instead, I was already in captivate. Did not choose event or synchronized, since I was trying to record a new video from inside captivate. I did not test, except for verifying that I indeed was able to record with my bad quality webcam, just not the panasonic.
How the panasonic is connect to my laptop – via usb. I use it daily to record zoom video conferences.

Can you offer more details, please? What did you use to record: VIdeo Demo? Are audio and video in one file, or did you combine later? Did you insert in a Captivate file? If yes: as event or synchronized video? How did you test: with a preview method or after publishing?
