I have installed Adobe Captivate 2017 and also installed assets and Neo content. When I try to create a voice file by agent, for example, “James” and generate the audio, the voice has a trademark. What do I need to do to get rid of the trademark voices?
Any help to resolve is greatly appreciated!

I am using Captivate 11.5.5.678 on a Mac with Big Sur 11.3.1. I am aware of some if the issues with Mac but the version of Captivate I am using seems to work aside from voice-to-text. The first instance I use a voice in a project it is fine, all the other have unintelligible words followed by, “unregistered trademark,” then it will begin the copy I entered. I have tried uninstalling the voices and reinstalling them with no change. Is there anything that can be done? This is a important feature for our classes.
I am having the same problem. I am using Captivate 2019 version with Catalina 10.15.7 on a MacBook Pro. I just downloaded the neovoices yesterday and at first it worked, but today I am getting some unintelligible words then “trademark” before the audio plays that corresponds to the text I typed. I’m using Julie.
I am having the same problem. I just downloaded and installed the neovoices on a Mac yesterday. I tried using Julie and at first it worked fine, but today, when it plays back it starts with something I can’t completely understand but it does have the word “trademark” in there. It plays before the text I have typed. For example, if I type “My name is Linnea” in the slide note and generate audio, it will say, “<unintelligible words> trademark. My name is Linnea.” I tried deleting the audio and creating a new one, but the issue remains.
I’m using Captivate 2019 version 11.5.5.676 with Catalina 10.15.7 on a MacBook Pro.
