Help! Can’t import video even tho it’s MP4!

Summary

Can’t upload MP4 video!

I’m getting error message: “File is invalid or in incorrect format.” But it’s MP4. I recorded it on my panasonic lumix g7, saved it to a chip, moved the chip from my camera to my laptop. The video plays fine on my laptop.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!

Use the Adobe Media Encoder, which is installed with Captivate and re-encode the audio to H264.
