I could not import PPTx  created with powerpoint office 365. I get always the info that this format is not able to import. Take a look for the correct Microsoft office installation.

What is the correct one and what can I do to import my existing one?

Thanks

Leo

Version 2019

I could see the import button, could select the PPTx file and than I get the information that I have to check the MS version. It is Version ofifice 365 but it does not work?

It could be an incompatibility with your Captivate version, which one do you use (look under Help, About Captivate for the full version number)?

Try to import the PPT version instead od the PPX version. BTW that type of import is not a good idea to start an eLearning course. Much better to use the PPT as guideline and recreate in Captivate. You can unzip the ppt (which is in reality a zipped folder) and extract all the assets, to import them in the library of a new Captivate project. Looks more complicated but you’ll have control over the project,
