How can I see Fluid box option in adobe captivate 2019 Blank Project?

Hi, I am new to Captivate 2019, earlier I used captivate 9. I noticed there are many updates in the latest version of captivate. Can anyone tell “How can I see Fluid box option in adobe captivate 2019 Blank Project?”.

Blank Project is the term used by Captivate to indicate a Non-Responsive project (also in CP9). Fluid boxes is one of the two possible workflows for Responsive projects. In Cp9 the only workflow available was Breakpoint views, the workflow with Fluid Boxes appeared with CP2017 or version 10.
If you want to use Fluid Boxes you need to choose Responsive project in the Welcome screen.
