HI all,

I’m a new member / new Captivate user. I have started creating eLearning modules but notice that once I close my project, ALL text instances ‘disappear’. They don’t disappear completely, but become disabled, and I have to click on each individual instance to ‘bring it back to life’. Could anyone help me please? This is wasting so much of my time, while I still need to learn this wonderful new product.

Did you post exactly the same question on the Adobe forums as well?  You had already a bunch of answers from Rod Ward there.
