How are microlearning assets best collected to be available and “top of mind” when learners need them?

I think that would depend on the learning environment. For example, a short-order cook might have a small photo of how an item is to be presented. In that case, a photograph would be the asset collected. I always try and think in terms of visual aids. Screenshots of a computer screen, a short video clip of a conversation. She informational assets should be shared in a dropbox, Onedrive, institutional folder or google drive folder that is accessible to all creating the microlearning resources.
