360 Slide – How can I get a Hotspot to remain active for entire slide?

When you add an interactive hotspot to Captivate 360 slide, you see the little dot on the timeline. I can control how long the action remains, but can’t control how long the actual hotspot stays active on an exploratory 360 slide. Is there a way to do this that I am missing?

I want to load up a bunch of hotspots to explore, but once you click one, they all disappear in exploratory 360 slide (unless you stagger them on the timeline). I need them to all remain clickable and viewable the entire timeline, regardless if they clicked on one or not. Also, sometimes the hotspot will stop the timeline from playing but I didn’t code it to. I am very frustrated and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Would like to know if you solved the problem. If not, can you please answer my question? Have also a look at this blog post:

Bit confused. Are you talking about a 360 image or video slide? If it is an image slide the question is irrelevant because you probably have the hotspot on the first frame and it will remain active all the time. However for 360 video it is lot different.

Did you not upgrade yet? In 11.5 you do not have to define the duration of the popups anymore, there is a close button added.
