Need Help Activating eLearning Suite 2.5

I have eLearning Suite 2.5. I’ve used it for many years, but after a Windows update, it is asking me to activate it again.  I am connected to the internet, but it does not active – the activation screen just hangs. I called Adobe Customer Support and they had me delete all the 127… entries from my “hosts” file and disbale my anit-virus and firwall, but it still would not activate. The support rep pointed me here for help. Can anyone help we re-active my product so I can get back to work? Thanks in advance!

That very old version is not supported anymore. Moreover its Captivate version is NOT compatible with Windows 10 at all. You may try to contact Adobe directly (I am just a user) but I am very pessimistic.
