Hi there,

I’ve creating a html 5 project in which the user is supposed click on answers, then will receive a feedback on the next slide in form of a 4 sec. video (mp4), when trying to review or publish the project it indicated an error “unknown video file” and I can’t publish. It does work as a flash-animation, but flash is no option for me. It turns out that you will have to insert the video file not through drag and drop into the library, but you always have to import the file.

I am still waiting for answers to questions to help you out. Please, can you give some feedback?

If this is a non-responsive project, most developers ignore that only ONE Preview method is using temporary HTML output, and that is F11, Preview HTML in Browser. Did you try that one? If you have issues with previewing that way, something is not compatible with HTML output. Check the HTML tracker in that case.

Maybe the used videos do not have the correct coded, try to re-encode them to H264 with the include Adobe Media Encoder.
