I downloaded Captivate 2019 and see the additional languages. Where or can I get additional voices? I want to use Spanish but the basic voices do not sound accurate when speaking Spanish.

As Lieve mentioned you will have to purchase additional voices to use with the text to speech built into Adobe Captivate. The company that created these voices was called Neospeech. They became part of another company called ReadSpeaker. You can contact their sales department about purchasing additional voices. https://www.readspeaker.com/contact/
Sorry, but you’ll have to search (and buy) additional voices. Captivate will be able to use them, just like you can use the voices which are installed with your OS.
