Allow learners 3 hours to take an entire quiz.
Hello,
I’m looking for a Captivate solution where I can offer a quiz and have the countdown timer from the first quiz question to the last. Before the quiz there are some other validation type things the learner has to do and I do not want to deduct the time from those.
The quiz questions are from a question bank, so I want it not to have to start and stop on a particular question- just when they reach whatever number is assigned in the quiz (usually 100). They should be allowed to navigate forward and backward in the quiz and the time should continue to deduct.
Overall, I want them to have 3 hours to complete the quiz.
I appreciate any help and suggestions people have for setting this up. I think the question based codes I’ve seen will meet my needs for displaying it for the learner. Mainly I’m looking for help with the back end code.
Thanks!
Emily

Combining the Timer Learning Interaction with advanced/shared actions using the timing system variables I have worked out this multiple times during Consultation jobs. It is not a simple workflow, especially when using random slides. Although I have posted many workflows for free on my blog, will not do so for this situation.
Crossing my fingers that someone else helps you out for free.
