When I add a pre-recorded video (either MP4 or FLV format) the video output is greatly degraded.
I have gone through the tutorials and made adjustments and changes but it is to no effect.
Does anyone know of any tricks or tips that may help please

FLV should not be used anymore, needs Flash Player.
Is the video using the proper codec? Which tricks did you already try? Do you rescale the video in Captivate or not?
