For employee surveying, please:

1) Can the Likert scale be expanded to beyond 5 options?

2) Can short-answer input (i.e. “Comments”) be added to the same slide as the likert scale (and have their entries exported)?

If Adobe Captivate 2019 cannot do this, are there any recommendations on how we can get this done and uploaded to Adobe Captivate PRIME?
