Summary
In this video tutorial, I show you how you can add other text to speech languages in adobe captivate. One of the challenges with Adobe Captivate text to speech is that there are only a small handful of voices and languages that you can select for your eLearning project on a Windows 10 machine. Here are some options to increase your selection.

I find it doesn’t seem to work for every language but it certainly worked for Japanese.
