Hi,

I would like to create a bilingual quiz at the end of a elearning. The quiz is in french and english. I have any problem with the creation of different branches, but for the results, I can just have one langage. Do you know which is the action to have both langages ?

Thanks a lot

You first have to reflect, based on the size of the course, if it is the best option to combine both language courses in one project, or if it would be better to split in two modules. All depends on the situation. Branch aware makes the quizzing system variables dynamic.

Have a typical example of a multi-language course, using the Branch aware functionality (which comes with some limitations as well) in this blog post:

You will need to set the project to have Branch Aware enabled. Here are the steps.

  1. Press Shift + F8 to open the preferences for your project.
  2. Click on the Quiz > Settings Category
  3. Select the Branch Aware checkbox
  4. Click OK

Once you do this, any questions that the learner does not visit will not count toward the learner’s final score. This is perfect if you have different questions for two or more different groups. Just make sure that the English speakers will skip the French questions and vice versa.
