Hi,

Could someone please guide me on how to customize Printout in particular Handout Themes.
I want it to reflect certain colors,text font etc. when printing out my Recorded screen.
I also would prefer to store my theme and reuse my theme when required.

No reaction to my questions: did you find another way? The handouts has no template file (dot).

I am a bit confused by your question because of the terminology. Do you want to customize the Word document which is used for Print, Handouts? I never use it myself, but take screenshots and use an InDesign document, because the Word document is too limited. One example: it will never show states of multi-state objects.

You also talk about ‘theme’ but a theme in Captivate has a lot of components (styles,  theme colors and fonts, master slides and more). However none of theme are linked to print documents. Why do you see a link?
