One solution that might address both the title and the body of the post is to include a PDF file with your Arabic text within what is called a web object. This is actually an iframe when talking about HTML. Here is a video where I demonstrate how that could be done. https://youtu.be/vjWEN60aBHc
Fpr other users: you can include a pdf by using the command ‘Open URL or File’ and will have to include the pdf in the Callees subfolder in the published HTML output.
In a responsive project created with Fluid Boxes? I looked a the tags, but also confused about the contradiction between the title (about pdf) and the text where you talk about Arabic. What is the exact question, please and tell which version you are using on which OS. The full version number can be found under Help, About Captivate.
