Mindfulness project

This interaction introduces some simple mindfulness exercises. The example consists of:
1) an introduction page that explains the topic,
2) an interactive page where each click reveals one exercise as well as fills one section of the visual progress bar
3) an overview page with all exercises.

What is that example intending to do? When should the user use such a theme?
This example demonstrates how a visual progress indicator can improve the learning experience. This layout could be great for any theme that is related to self-improvement, be it mental or physical.

Engaging layout, nice to see a form of progress per click. Too bad it isn’t responsive, unless I overlook something?

No, this is a non-responsive example, but it think it could be easily transformed into a responsive project 🙂

I saw a mobile application one day, which was supposed to boost your mindfulness. Seemed a strange idea to me, as it is well known that using a smartphone damages mindfulness and leads to distraction.

You’ve done a good job capturing short activities to meet the objectives. The visual sequence was a great motivator to continue to session. I can see this being easily translated to other learning programs.
