Captivate 9 slide image problem

I’m working on a project in Captivate 9 and I’m having problems with the image properly going into the finished slide.

Rather than using the character assets provided in Captivate library I’ve decided to use my image duplicating the positions in the library and will use my voice over for the audio. The first slide below is the slide as I’m working on it.  I will have my image enter from the left and stop as if I’m pointing to a header for the objectives in this module.

The image was edited in Photoshop to select and mask my image to look just as the ones in character asset library.

Example of captivate project while working on it.

But when I do a preview of the project slide the image it looks like the image below.  It’s completely blocked in red.

I’m not sure what the problem is but I believe I’ve exhausted everything.  If there’s anyone that could help me I would surely appreciate it.  I’m on bit of a time crunch and haven’t been successful with anything involving Captivate.  It would be nice to redeem myself and actually develop a nice project in Captivate 9.

Thanks.

UPDATE:  While working in an attempt to figure out the problem I noticed I could use picture taken from my Iphone 8 and it worked as it should.  The pictures taken from my digital SLR no longer worked as they did before.  Unfortunately I need to use the ones taken from my SLR.

Looks like a triple post. I answered this in the Adobe forums, just answered again in this portal, and you are posting same question twice… please avoid doing this. I am just a user, my time is as precious as for anyone.
