I am new to Captivate 2019 and cannot preview the project I have started. I click on Preview in the toolbar and nothing happens. I’ve also tried F11. It seems to generate but then doesn’t display anything…

Forgot to ask which browser you have set as default Browser? Sometimes the preview with F11 (best Preview method, still not perfect because browsers support HTML5 in different ways) works in one browser, but not in another one. Try at least several browsers.

Can you check the full version number under Help, About Captivate? If you are on Windows, do you run Captivate with ‘Run as Administrator’ setting? Did you check Project, HTML Tracker?
