CP has a broken interface element when publishing to an Internal Server. The program is combining two separate publish screens in the modal dialog. Consequently, even after entering the info, none of it gets saved.

I’ve saved copies  of the CP file and cache to a new locations, restarted the program and the computer – the usual tactics. Will try deleting CP preferences shortly.
