Not sure why this is happening on existing project. If someone could please advise, that would be splendid. Also, I don’t want the skin editor on the title page, only the 2nd page on.
As usual the OP is never coming back to see if answers have been posted. That is in the majority of the cases due to the fact that notifications are not turned on automatically. Moreover at this moment notifications are working only in an haphazard way. There are some bugs in this website.
I am able to upload images, not published Captivate files in blogs. Moreover comments often are not accepted at all, due to WordPress bugs.
As Lieve has mentioned, we can’t seem to load images right now, but I don’t see a help menu icon for the skin editor page.

Hi. Are you saying you’re looking for a help menu for the skin editor in Captivate? If so, I attached a screenshot of the 2019 version from my Mac and I don’t see that there is one.
As for having the skin appear on some pages but not others, you can do that with the entry actions.
I have a terminology problem with your question. The Skin editor is an option in the Project menu. You can use it to turn the playbar borders on/off and to choose options for the playbar, and you can set up a Table of Contents. What do you really wan to do with the skin editor: show the playbar, show the TOC?
