Hello Mr. Paul, I am writing from Colombia. I am affiliated to your page for 5 dollars, thank you very much for your videos. I want to ask you how to solve a problem, which I describe below: how can I get captive to keep the progress of my course in chache and so that when the student opens it, they do not have to return to the beginning to continue with the course? thank you very much for your reply

Hey Jhonny, Since you are one of my Patreon supporters, tune in to my Livestream on Thursday. The link is over on my Patreon channel https://patreon.com/paulwilsonlearning and any supporter can join the live session. If you can’t join live the recorded session will be available later. I’ll give you the answer to this question there. There are two possibilities on how to address this.

Hi my organization is using Captivate 9 and wondering if this template can be opened/modified in this older Captivate version?  I have run into the following error message:

Adobe Captivate could not open ” FILE NAME” . Ensure that:

-The file is not open already.

-The file is not damaged. For example, if the file was an email attachment, ensure that you have decoded the file correctly.

-The hard disk has sufficient available space.

-The system has sufficient resources. To optimize the resources, close all the other open applications.

Due to the new features introduced since Captivate 9, you cannot open projects newer than the version of Captivate you are running. This project was created using Captivate 2019 (not my project).

Oh, I just commented below. Adobe’s eLearning team deserves the credit for this sample project file.

Keep them coming. I love free resources that spark the imagination and add to my eLearning toolbelt.
