I just bought Captivate 2019 today (upgrading a free trial). I noticed that there was a special download for the Captivate assets. And I installed that too. But when I choose the Assets library in Captivate, there is no content. What would cause that?

Hi,
I am assuming you are on Win OS.
Please download Assetpanel.txt file and save it on your machine locally and re-name it as Assetpanel.js and follow the below steps and see if that makes any difference-
- Copy AssetPanel.js file from the attached to Crogram FilesAdobeAdobe Captivate 2019 x64/ui_components/AssetsPanel folder.
- Try opening captivate and check whether asset panel is loading fine.
