Problem with Adobe elearning account
Hello E-learning Community,
Is anyone else having a problem where you comment and add content on your account but the points are not reflected? Anyone have a reason why this may be happening?

What was the fix?
doing a little more research it might be the platform in witch you are submitting. I don’t get any point for the things I do on mobile. I am going to do a lot of things on my computer today in Firefox and see if this updates.

Same thing happening to me as well. I have only one account. Have tried multiple days from multiple browsers and every time after I have accumulated points when I log back in there is a big fat zero!! This is frustrating as I am on day 4.
Do you perhaps have multiple accounts?
