Hellow everyone.i have a problem i really need help.

When i publish the content in captivate 2019..it gives an error before watching which says

An error has occurred:

Error – unable to acquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded. Please contact technical support.

Press ‘OK’ to view debug information to send to technical support.

i kindly request for a help.

This message will appear when you’ve published your eLearning course with reporting enabled, but you are attempting to consume your eLearning course from outside a proper learning management system. Reporting enabled means your courseware will attempt to send data to your LMS while it runs. If you wish to simply preview the course before you upload it to your LMS you can ignore this message but if you do not have an LMS you should turn reporting off before publishing your material. To do this…

  1. Press SHIFT+F8 and navigate to the Quiz > Reporting category
  2. uncheck Enable reporting for this project

If you intended to upload it to an LMS, do so, and you will no longer see the message.
