Good day Adobe Captivate Friends!

I have an issue using Motion Path, when i’m trying to view my project to HTML-5 the motion path is not working properly. My Captivate version is 2017.

Waiting  for your best answer.

Thank you in advance.

Now that it’s been a year, do you have a method you would recommend for others to tackle this issue?

Can you please post the full version number, as you find under Help, about Captivate?

Is it possible to offer some more details: which type of motion path?  How did you design/edit the path? What exactly is not working as expected? Can you embed a screenshot of the motion  path with the moving object selected and the Timeline with the effect expanded?

Sorry to correct the other user, there is no limitation at all to the duration of an effect, whether it is the first or another slide. You only have to be aware of the fact that an Effect of any type will be paused by the pausing point of any interactive object. If you add a button to the slide and keep the default setup, that button will have such a pausing point at 1.5secs. If an effect starts before that pausing point and has not finished it will be paused. If the effect starts after the pausing point it will not appear until the playhead has been released and continues after the pausing point.

In this example board game I have a motion path effect that has a timing exactly the same as the duration of the long slide:

It is really hard to say something without seeing the project. HTML5 and motion graphic, hmm, where is this motion path feature on your course? If it is in the first slide/page, there is only the first 3 seconds acceptable to run the motion.
