I inserted question slides multiple different times to try to see why this is not working. but every time I run the preview or post in my SCORM software the project, the quiz results show 0% for the score. Any ideas what to try? I am using Adobe Captivate 2019.

Were you able to break through on this issue with Paul’s advice?

Each question can have a score associated with it. You can see this in the Quiz Inspector (Quiz Panel). I usually will give certain questions more weight based on the type of question it is. For example, a True / False question will have less weight than a multiple-answer multiple-choice question. In the case of multiple-answer multiple-choice, you can assign a different score for each correct answer and also assign a penalty for wrong answers as well. Select the answer itself and navigate to the Properties Inspector and look at the Options tab. From here you can set those values for each answer one by one. Please note that your LMS / SCORM will not accept negative overall scores. Keep that in mind when assigning penalties.

When you go to your quiz settings are you able to place a weight on the questions?

Are you using Knowledge Checks or regular Question Slides? Knowledge checks are merely practise questions and do not contribute to the final score.
