It shows this message,

a few slides and objects in the projects are not supported in a SWF output format.The project will be published without the following unsupported items:

1. 360 slide

2. slide video with overlay

3. Youtube or Vimeo video

4. Image as button

5. SVG as button

Best is to publish in HTML. Would word on any device including iPads.

None of those things work because you are publishing or previewing with Flash “SWF”. If you follow the post directions from adobe you will see that you will need to publish in HTML5, especially 360, think about it, you have the ability to QR the slide and view the 360 from your phone. Big question, “What is not supported in a mobile setting?” Answer: Flash.

As instructional developers to properly provide the student with the strongest products we need to know and consult our schools what is happening down the line, Flash Player is sadly being sunsetted. Good News! When older technologies become obsolete new technologies emerge.

You cannot publish a project for SWF if it contains these types of items. As a general rule, you shouldn’t be publishing for SWF anyway, since none of the modern browsers support it by default. Adobe is going to stop supporting anything to do with SWF after December 31, 2020. Publish for HTML5 only.
