Just a tip: why not make the Blank theme into your default theme? It has no Title master slide, which means it will open with a Blank slide (based on the blank master slide) by default. The Blank theme is not available in the thumbnails dialog box (which is regrettable) but you can browse to (on my PC). If you use another language version you need to edit the last part of the path.

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 2019 x64\Gallery\Layouts\11_5\en_US

Rollover state is an InBuilt state, and can be saved with the Object style, at least for Shape buttons, Image buttons, Text buttons and Transparent buttons. There is no style for bitmaps nor SVG used as button (also regrettable).

You’re absolutely right Lieve, I should change this theme to a blank one. Thank you.
