Unable to import .wav files, but can import .pcm.wav.
Whenever trying to import wav audio files we get the error message that the file may be corrupted. I was able to successfully import older .wav files that were of the type pcm.wav. But anything with the extension .wav without the .pcm gives us the following error: “Unable to import the audio file. Ensure that the file type is either MP3 or WAV. Also ensure that the file is not damaged.
Is there a way that we can convert WAV to pcm.wav so we can upload our audio files?

Have you considered using an online audio converter to see if converting the files you have to wav format again might work? https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-wav Sometimes reconverting your files helps. You could also convert those wav files to high-quality mp3. Let us know if something like this works.
