I have got a fresh installation of Captivate on my Mac and whenever I start it , the error comes as
“There was an error copying theme files from…. Try copying manually from…
Do I have to run the process all over again?
Worked on my last windows laptop w/o any problem. Any mac users who faced something similar?

How did you get through this?
I had the same issue with my Mac. It took Adobe months to figure out the problem. The solution. Uninstall all previous copies of the creative cloud on my Mac. Since then, I’ve had no issues.
