Message: capture is disallowed due to high density screen detected. asking to change settings in adobecaptivate.ini and restart-where would I go to do this?

You need to make a copy of that captivate.ini file (because you cannot in that location) Toggle the dpiawareness as mentioned in the message you got. Save the file. Rename the old file in the location, and move the new one there. Now you change the resolution to create a capture. You’ll need to put the old file in place to have Captivate working correctly after that.
