Video Express Sound Loss

HELP!!! I’m new to Adobe Express and have created my project however when I “share” it, it loses all sound. When I go back to express edit mode, sound is still there. Any thoughts on how to correct? The video is 40 minutes long, was captured with an external mic and was a screen only capture. There are also multiple videos imported into the video as well. Those have also lost sound. And if there is not a work around (that a newbie can understand in Express) can I move this project into Premiere Pro somehow? The project seems to “live” within Express.

Marci,

PVX stores the working directories under Documents: MyAdobePresenterVideoProjects: nameOfProject: mt:

In those folders you’ll find corresponding folders for each presentation sub recording etc.  It is there that you’ll find the audio files stored as wav files.  No idea how / why your audio is getting ignored in the output – likely it is some audio codec missing on your system? There may be an error log in there too.  But yes, you can snag any or all of these files and weave it back together in Premiere, After Effects, or even project Rush.
