The installation of the update fails near the end and seems to corrupt the installation. When I start up Captivate 2019 I get a dialogue box that reads
Adobe Captivate 7
The localized resources files for this application could not be loaded…… After I click OK the Captivate 2019 splash screens displays but then disappears.
There is no option to repair so I have to uninstall/reinstall. I didn’t see any solutions so any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have the exact same issue. My captivate 2019 no longer appeared so I tried reinstalling it. It looked like it was going to work. I clicked the OK button and I get the exact same message. It seems weird too that the message says Adobe Captivate 7.0. I don’t even have version 7.0 on this computer.
