I created a software simulation recording. I published as video demonstration and it generated a Mp4 file. I inserted the file on a slide using the Media option. When I viewed it I realize the video size is too big. Anyone viewing would have to do a lot of scrolling to see it. When I created it the custom size needed to be 1024 by 627 but I had it at 1920 by 1040. My question is I want to know if there is a way to take this recording and change or adjust the size to what I need it to be or do I have to re-do the recording?

You need to use the Modify menu, option Rescale for the software sim proje9ct.
Careful: the width/height ratio is not the same. Your original project had 16:9 ratio, now you have another ratio however.
