Hello,

I created a course in Captivate 9… and I am trying to publish the course in HTML5 now, but it’s giving me error… the file is corrupted.

Any help?

So incredibly helpful. I really think you all should start making some of these as answers so Lieve get her points too!

If you are sure the file is corrupted, you need to find the corrupted slide(s), objects…

Create a new project with the same resolution and type as your present project. Copy small bunch of slides to that new project, check if it is still OK before pasting more slides. That may be the way to identify the corrupted slide. Take that slide out and recreate it.

You can also hide all of the slides and publish one slide at a time. When the output fails to open that slide will be your culprit. You could also have more than one corrupt slide.
