Summary
imported .mp4 video resolution drops badly so it is not usable.
I have a good resolution .mp4 video that I am trying to upload as an interactive video but when I upload it the resolution is so bad that it is not usable. What is the trick to uploading .mp4 videos so the resolution does not drop?

What is the resolution of your cptx-project? What is the size of the video? Do you want it to play smoothly? If yes, please use the Adobe Media Encoder (or another encoder of your choice) to reduce the size of the video to exactly what you want to have as interactive video, with acceptable quality. Do never resize in Captivate.
