As someone who has done it, I can assure you it’s possible. Let’s look at how I did it. Most of how I earn points is by posting my YouTube video tutorials about using Adobe Captivate to this site. I average one per week. It’s important to note that I am a professional who creates video tutorials as part of my business model. I set aside time each week to maintain that steady stream of content to my followers here and over on YouTube. According to https://elearning.adobe.com, I earn 100 points for each video tutorial that I post here. That works out to 5,200 points. The question is, how likely is it that you can post a blog, video or showcase your original elearning project work once per week (all the 100 point activities)? Only you can answer that question. By the way, I just earned 2 points by contributing to this post with a comment.
