I’m a newbie, most of my contemporaries are used to Powerpoint then export to SCORM, however, we were introduced to Captivate that can do SCORM modules for LMS.

But the SCORM files could not be able to use in our current LMS.

To add to Lieve’s excellent comments, here is a great help article on setting up reporting.

Also if you are using a custom presentation you might need to make sure your buttons report to quiz. In the properties for your buttons or smartshapes used as buttons. The following article highlights those options a little.

What LMS are you using?

Some questions:

  1. Did you set up Reporting under Quiz Preferences?
  2. Can you show (screenshot) the structure of the zipped folder which is created when you publish a course with Reporting set up?
  3. To make sure that the problem is with Captivate, not with the LMS, try to upload the course to SCORM Cloud.
