I am converting and cleaning up Captivate 5 flash videos.  I am converting using Captivate 6 to convert and then editing in Captivate 2019.  A curious thing I cannot figure out.  On several of the videos, the next to last slide will not move to the final slide once published. It works fine when I preview.  There is no apparent reason.  I even entered a manual “Next” button with the action to “Go to the next slide,” but the slide refuses to move.  I have checked everything and I don’t see a setting that would cause this.  All of the videos are simple simulations.  Any ideas?

Because of the terminology issues I am not sure to understand exactly what you want.

You talk about a ‘Flash video’, but it looks like you are not talking about a FLV video, but about a normal interactive cptx-project which has been published to SWF and originally was created with CP6. If that is indeed the case, a perfect upgrade to CP2010, which is version 11 or 11.5 is not at all guaranteed, since you skip 4 versions. Even if it is a software simulation, too much has changed between both versions.

Theme will probably not be a problem, because a software sim uses the Blank master slide. You didn’t tell which mode was used: Demo, Training or Assessment? If it is a simple demo the problem may be with the Full Motion Recording slides. They used to be FLV, now need to be converted to MP4 and that is not always working as expected. If it is a Training/Assessment it can have other issues.

You talk about Preview, but know that for a non-responsive project the only Preview method which uses a temporary HTML output is F11, Preview HTML in Browser. Is it functional with that method? In which browser?
