I am new to Captivate and having difficulty publishing the proper file type for upload into Paylocity LMS. I am receiving an error message that the file is not a proper SCORM file.

Did you set up the Reporting section under Quiz Preferences? That would lead to automatic creation of a zipped folder which includes all the files necessary for a SCO. I am asking this because of the error message you receive, which points in that direction.
