Offer your learners a personalized experience when you integrate your organization’s AEM Sites portal with the Adobe Captivate Prime LMS, using API and the unique Embedded Fluidic Player.
If…
- You are a medium to large size organization and want more than the native customization features offered by Prime,
- You wish to offer a brand-new learning experience to an audience that includes your customers and/or partners, where your brand persona really shines through the entire experience,
- Your learners are already aggregated onto your AEM portal and it does not make sense to now redirect your learners to a new LMS,
- Your existing AEM site offers your learners a combination of resources from Learning and Marketing, and you now want to take the LMS to your learners,
…then this document is for you.
Take customization to another level and offer your learners a wholly bespoke experience outside the native LMS. Adobe Captivate Prime is perhaps the ONLY System in the market that allows you to do that. If you already use AEM Sites for your organization’s digital content and property, read the accompanying document to learn about the benefits when you integrate it with the Prime experience.
Integrate AEM Sites with Captivate Prime for a custom learning experience
Sethu,
Thanks for the question. Let me do some checking to see if an AEM Cloud version of the component is available at this time. (I’ve sent a note to the product management team and should hear back soon.)
Regarding the other question – it depends on the project you are working on. We have seen it approached in a variety of ways. For example, many want to pull content from other systems – to display news headlines, marketing campaigns or other elements traditional to a given audience portal – on the site that also now includes the Prime components (elements.) AEM will pull that content from the linked Prime account to display on the Site. This would not affect your other AEM Sites components or elements, so you can pull the overall content using your traditional methods. This effectively let’s you mix and match any content or experiences that you need to deliver to this audience. Regarding users authentication, I’d suggest reaching out to your customer success account manager for Prime or to captivatePrimeSupport@adobe.com for a bit of detailed guidance on configuring the authorization / handoff.
I understand captivate prime content package can be installed in AEM 6.4 and 6.5? Does the captivate prime content package is feasible for integration with AEM as cloud service?
Can you share some insights on recommendation, how user and content managed between AEM and captivate prime?
