Hello,
Does the Jigsaw Puzzles Interaction still exist in AC 2019 Mac as I cannot find it?
Or is because I have the trial version?

In the most recent version, 11.5, all gaming learning interactions have been taken out. Reason: they were not used enough. No difference between Win and Mac version.
BTW since you can use SVGs as buttons and limit the clickable area to the image itself, that may be a way to create your jigsaw puzzles.
