My point value changes (decrease) when I change devices and from day to day. Yesterday I had 150+ points, but when I logged in today my points are at 30. My follows do not change. Can anyone advise or explain?

I experienced something similar in the first couple of days, but then things got normal, where my points just stayed where they were. My recommendation would be to give it time. It probably takes the system to process you are not a robot and an actual ID working towards points. Good luck and enjoy! I am so excited to get my trial version of the software and broaden my expertise with Adobe! Can’t wait! So thankful for this community!
I had a similar situation based on the WAY I signed in. Initially, I signed up with my student email address and signed in using my organization (university SSO) login. Then I signed in with the same student email, but because I graduated, I selected to sign in using my personal account NOT the organization. I noticed then essentially I had two profiles.
Alternatively, it seems my profile for elearning.adobe and the adobe community ARE NOT THE SAME. So that may be something to keep in mind as well (look at the url after signing in to check).
