I have been unable to import a power point 365 into Captivate 2019.
Is there a reason for this? Is this function not possible?
I have had to save the presentation in an earlier version of powerpoint to get it in to captivate 2019

It’s been my experience that PowerPoint presentation files that include the newer advanced features that would not be supported in Adobe Captivate you will run into problems. For example, 3D models, slide transitions and certain animations won’t get converted correctly. My advice is to select High Fidelity, Linked, and Slide Duration on the Convert Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations window when importing.
